JiaLing is a Chinese-Malaysian non-binary demi-woman voice actor who hails from tropical, multicultural Malaysia and currently resides in California (South East Asia represent)!

In their youth, between being an Absolute Menace - they were often found helping classmates to gain confidence in the use of the English language, in exchange for lessons in their respective cultural languages.

This bloomed into a love of linguistics that extended (but not limited) to Malay, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese that took them to Hong Kong, London and the USA.

They adore stories about angry people who get shit done!

On top of their work producing (read: cat-herding) on video games like Apex Legends and Monopoly go, they’re also an active voice actor. Found and heard across video games, audio dramas, commercials, narrations and many others.

Away from the recording booth, they can be seen bouncing between their multiple hyper focus interests. Some on the kill list include : making art, costume fabrication, travelling, photography, tea tastings, martial arts, snuggling the cutest dog in the world… you get the gist.

How do you find them between all that, you ask? Well, their friends and family say you can hear them before you see them - so follow the cackling, mirthful laughter you hear in the distance.
